About EVIONWAY

EVIONWAY is an American company working in charging infrastructure for electric vehicles and in technology applied to electric mobility.

Our story began with a small operation: a few charging points installed in a shopping centre car park in the United States. Growth came gradually, following the way electric mobility itself develops — one new point, one new location and one new route at a time.

As electric vehicles multiplied, we saw a real problem in the sector: demand for infrastructure grows quickly, while deploying new chargers takes capital, location, equipment, installation, maintenance and continuous operation. The EVIONWAY platform was born out of that problem.

A new way to take part in charging infrastructure

EVIONWAY built a model that connects its charging infrastructure to plans available inside the platform. Each plan represents a share tied to a specific operation in the network, and shows its main conditions before activation: activation amount, duration, amount credited per period and the total return stated in the plan's conditions.

This way you can read the information clearly before deciding to take part. After activation, everything is followed from the EVIONWAY platform.

Our network

The infrastructure tied to EVIONWAY sits in different kinds of place, following where electric vehicle drivers actually stop:

Physical operation may involve partners responsible for installing, maintaining and running the equipment, while EVIONWAY concentrates on the technology behind the plans and the information shown to users.

How it works

Inside the platform you can see the available options and check, before anything else: amount, charger power, term, periodic credit and the return stated for that plan.

Once you choose an option, the plan is activated under the conditions shown on the platform. The period starts counting from activation.

From then on you follow the progress from your own account. The platform shows the activated amount, the credited balance, the time remaining, the credit history, the plan status and the account movements.

Credits over the period

Plan credits are processed by EVIONWAY's system under the conditions shown in each option. When a plan is counted by the hour, each period is recorded by the server whether or not you stay connected to the site or the app. You do not need to keep the platform open: when you come back to your account, the information is updated according to what the system has processed.

Transparency from the start

EVIONWAY believes financial information has to be presented clearly. That is why, before any plan is activated, you can read the main conditions attached to that option.

Everything before activation. The point is to avoid hidden information or conditions that only show up after signing. Each plan states beforehand the data the platform provides, including term and matching amounts.

Real-time tracking. Your panel gathers in one place how much was activated, how much has been credited, how much of the period is left and the history of movements.

Operation history. The main operations carried out inside the platform stay recorded, so the account movements can be reviewed later.

Withdrawals

Users can request withdrawals according to the conditions and rules available on the platform. Where it is available for the account or region, payment can be made by PIX. Requests go through internal validation and security procedures before release, and the history stays in the account for later reference.

Security

Password protection. Passwords do not need to be stored in readable form. The platform uses proper credential hashing, reducing the exposure of authentication data.

Processing on the server. Calculations for balance, plans and movements are processed and validated on EVIONWAY's server, not only in the user's browser. That is what keeps the information shown by the platform consistent.

Operation checks. Financial requests may go through additional verification before completion.

Activity records. Relevant operations inside the platform may be recorded for security, control and auditing.

Support

Technology does not replace someone answering when you need help. EVIONWAY keeps support channels for questions about the account, plans, payments, withdrawals and using the platform — by WhatsApp, Telegram and support inside the platform, as available.
